All current members as of February 25, 2023 need to decide whether to adopt new bylaws which determine the number of directors to be elected on April 11, 2023.
Because we are still in a national emergency with Covid-19 (through May of this year), proxy voting will be allowed for those unable to attend the Special Meeting on March 9th.

To make this process simple, we will vote yes/no on the proposed bylaws. If any current member wishes to draft bylaws for consideration at the meeting, please forward those to brent@carolopolis.com before March 6, 2023.
Proxy votes will be sent out the day of the meeting for those not able to attend.
