About BDNA

The purpose of the Association shall be to promote, improve and maintain the residential character of  Byrnes Downs and to foster the needs and interests of its residents.

These purposes will be met by fostering communication among residents, neighbors, property and business owners and local governments as to plans, proposals, events, activities and issues that might affect our residents, the environment and community as a whole by:

• (a)   Hosting community meetings and social and cultural events for all eligible members of the Association and the public;
• (b)   Attempting to inform all eligible members of the Association of issues that might affect Byrnes Downs;
• (c)   Establishing an orderly and democratic means which allows all residents, property owners and business owners in the Association’s boundaries to submit comments and concerns to any appropriate government or governmental agency.
• (d)   Undertaking other appropriate means in place of, or in addition to, those listed above.
